Increase user satisfaction and centre safety by ensuring that the facilities are maintained to a high standard. Whilst supervising a team to provide outstanding fitness services.
Duties required of the role include:
- Ensure all facilities are in working order
- To be the lead on the implementation of the Club’s Health and Safety Policy
- Responsible for financial matters and that security procedures are complied with
- Lead and develop the Fitness Team
- Support all staff in contributing to a positive working environment
- To provide a clean and safe environment for all staff and users
Characteristics required for the role include:
Essential
- Passionate about Health and Fitness Industry
- Knowledge of health and safety guidelines
- Self-motivated, assertive, and enthusiastic
- Excellent marketing skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team / line management experience
- Open to new ideas and self-development
- Excellent customer services skills
- Ability to handle customer complaints with tact
- Good organisational skills
- Able to make and stick to decisions under pressure
Desirable
- Able to manage and develop people
- Understanding of budgeting and accounting
- Knowledge of Legend Membership System
- Level 2 Fitness Qualification
