Power of Pilates is an established studio with 18 years’ experience, with locations in Lower Earley (Reading) and Crowthorne. We’ve built a strong local reputation for thoughtful teaching, a supportive environment, and genuine care for our clients.
Both of our studios are easy to access, with on-site parking and safe, convenient locations.
We’re looking for a Reformer Pilates Instructor who values quality teaching and a considered approach to Pilates.
The role
You’ll teach small group Reformer classes and 1:1 sessions, working with a wide range of clients—from complete beginners to more experienced movers.
Our classes are capped at 8–9 clients, allowing for a good group dynamic while still providing individual attention and quality teaching.
You’ll be a good fit if you:
- Hold a recognised Reformer Pilates qualification
- Have a solid understanding of anatomy and movement
- Are confident offering appropriate modifications and progressions
- Communicate clearly, with a calm and professional manner
- Enjoy working with a mix of abilities
- Can offer availability across weekdays, evenings, or weekends (flexible)
