We work with clients in their homes, local parks, and online, offering personalised training that fits their lifestyle. Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver 1-to-1 personal training sessions in clients’ homes, local parks, and online.
  • Offer training programmes to meet each client’s goals, abilities, and preferences.
  • Provide clients with structured exercise recommendations to complete between sessions, ensuring consistent progress.
  • Offer nutritional guidance and healthy lifestyle advice to clients who want additional support alongside their training.
  • Motivate and inspire clients to stay consistent and committed to their goals.
  • Monitor progress, adapt programmes, and give regular feedback.
  • Maintain a professional, punctual, and reliable approach to all sessions.
  • Represent KBPT’s friendly, supportive, and empowering brand values in all interactions.

You will:

  • Hold a Level 3 Personal Training qualification
  • Be passionate, knowledgeable, and motivational.
  • Have a fun, friendly, and encouraging attitude.
  • Be reliable, professional, and results-driven.
  • Be confident working with clients from diverse backgrounds and fitness levels.
  • Being a cyclist is preferred but not essential.
