About the Role
Our coaching positions are designed for individuals with a growth mindset, committed to being the best in the industry. This is more than a job—it's an opportunity to elevate your skills and become an outstanding coach. We have openings at our Soho and Mayfair studios:
· Schedule: PM Roles (1 pm - 8 pm, Monday - Friday) + Saturday Shift (8 am - 1 pm)
· Stability: Fixed schedule, with no rota changes.

Key Responsibilities
· Client Management: Build, nurture, and retain a dedicated client base, providing tailored coaching and programming that aligns with each client’s goals.
· Facility Support: Contribute to daily operations to maintain a high-standard environment for clients and team members.
· Client Experience: Uphold Fitness Lab’s exceptional standards of client service, ensuring every session reflects our commitment to quality.
Performance Metrics
Our success is built on client satisfaction and retention. We’ll conduct performance reviews every six months, with a focus on:
· Occupancy - delivering sessions
· Client retention
· Effective programming
· Client progress and satisfaction
· Communication, organisation, and teamwork

· Punctuality: Be prepared and on time for every session, meeting, or appointment.
· Respect: Show respect to clients, colleagues, and leadership.
· Organisation: Maintain impeccable diary management, communication, and client follow-ups.

· Proactivity: Demonstrate critical thinking and a commitment to excellence without needing supervision.
