We’re looking for motivated, recently qualified personal trainers to join our private training studio in Birkenhead. This is a unique opportunity with no rent to pay and full support to grow your client base.
You’ll be guided by our head trainer to ensure you can deliver fantastic results for clients. If you show commitment, there’s a promotion scheme available after successfully completing the probation period.
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Commitment to continued professional development, including regular check-ins with the head trainer.
- Ability to communicate with clients outside of sessions to support adherence and results.
- A professional and client-focused approach at all times.
What You’ll Be Expected to Do:
- Deliver high-quality coaching to clients using proven training methods.
- Engage with clients beyond the gym floor to ensure they stay on track.
- Work towards building your own client base, with some clients provided.
- Maintain a professional and supportive environment for clients.
