Role and responsibilities
- Plan & conduct Reformer Pilates classes for individuals or groups, providing instruction and guidance on proper form and technique.
 - Develop exercise programs based on clients' goals, fitness levels, and any specific needs or limitations.
 - Demonstrate exercises and assist clients in performing them correctly to maximize effectiveness and prevent injury.
 - Provide modifications or variations of exercises to accommodate different fitness levels or physical conditions.
 - Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their programs as needed.
 - Educate clients about the principles of Pilates, including proper breathing techniques, body alignment, and core engagement.
 - Maintain a clean and organized studio space, ensuring that all equipment is properly sanitized and in good working condition.
 - Complete opening, closing and equipment maintenance checklists on each shift
 - Ensure that all new clients have completed a PAR-Q and waiver
 - Communicate any booking/payment discrepancies to the manager in a timely manner
 
Must be able to commit to weekend classes

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Level 3 Instructing Pilates Matwork
 - First Aid
 - PLI

Salary
£25-£35ph weekdays, £30-£40 weekdays (qualifications/experience dependent)
