Role Description
This is a full-time role for a mobile Fitness Specialist. The Fitness Specialist will be responsible for creating and delivering group exercise and fitness instruction sessions to vulnerable adults and children living with mental and physical disabilities. They will attend various care settings to deliver sessions and they will also be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to clients, adapting sessions to meet individual needs, and overseeing program delivery in care settings every day.
Skills / Qualifications
- Experience in group exercise and fitness instruction
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt fitness sessions to meet individual needs and limitations
- Experience working with disabled and/or vulnerable adults and children
- Level 2 Gym Instructor or Level 3 Personal Trainer Certification
- Level 2 Exercise to Music qualification (ETM) is desirable
- Experience in care settings is a plus but not required
- Full driving licence and own vehicle
£20,000 - Which will be subject to an increase as your schedule becomes more established.
