Jubilee Hall Trust is an independent sports trust in central London that operates four fitness, health and sports centres and also delivers community programmes to build healthier communities.

You would be joining a team full of people who have a passion for fitness, an obsession with inclusivity, with a productive approach to work, who are keen to be leaders in their field and on the cutting edge of product delivery and creativity, whilst supporting each other in everything they do.
THE ROLE:
Maintaining user satisfaction and safety by supervising a team which provides outstanding reception, fitness, and group exercise services, whilst driving & delivering increases in sales and retention and develop the club’s profile in the local community.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES ARE:
– Lead and develop the Reception & Fitness Team
– Supervise the Centre staff
– Increase sales and retention and develop corporate memberships
– Be responsible for maintaining and updating sales data and club usage
– Be involved in the implementation of the Club’s Health and Safety Policy
– Support all staff in contributing to a positive working environment
– Provide a clean and safe environment for all staff and users
